Thought I would share my easy workout I did today. I know workouts shouldn't be easy, but I had an appointment at the dentist, so working out/blood pumping so it would hurt my tooth was not really on my mind... Therefore I present an easy workout for you guys

I know it's not the hardest or demanding routines today, but that was all I could do :/
