Workout wednesday: Wild fire legs



Hey guys, and happy wednesday.

Today I am bringing back workout wednesday, and this time with a workout that is going to shape up our legs really good. I did this workout yesterday just to try it out before writing about it, and oh boy do I feel my legs today... When I woke up it felt like my butt and thighs were on fire. I did do some arm exercises as well yesterday, but dont really feel that today.

I recently discovered this youtube channel Xhit daily (that is where the videos are from) and do have to say I am enjoying them, and on top of that they keep me motivated.

I hope you guys enjoyed this little workout... I am going to rest my legs a little before another killer workout today

Wednesday workout #3


Wednesday workout - Blogilates Style


I haven't really been feeling like making my own workout playlist today, so instead I went with a blogilates playlist. Cassey Ho the woman behind Blogilates makes monthly workout calendars and I am always downloading them to get inspiration.. I usually mix it in with the tone it up girls calendar :) 

Anywho today I felt like working on my abs, and Cassey had just the perfect playlist. Look here. I picked the 1st of July, because it has a lot of abs exercise in that playlist.

I hope you guys love this... I feel this in my body right now, but not in a painful way. I am gonna let you know how I feel tomorrow.

I ended the workout with a good cup of green tea and youtube videos

Easy workout


Hi lovelies
Thought I would share my easy workout I did today. I know workouts shouldn't be easy, but I had an appointment at the dentist, so working out/blood pumping so it would hurt my tooth was not really on my mind... Therefore I present an easy workout for you guys

I know it's not the hardest or demanding routines today, but that was all I could do :/
