A few pictures from my weekend

I thought I wanted to share some pictures I took this weekend while I was away with my bf.. We didn't do as much as we planned to cause my bf is sick :(

This was our small garden... filled with snow

And our fireplace. So nice cause I was freezing like crazy. And btw yes i am very two different socks... I do that a lot lol

When I was cooking my boyfriend all of the sudden said close your eyes, close your eyes.. So I did and he ran out in the snow and lit up some outdoors candles. So romantic

Food Lovin'

So I just want to show you guys (food lovers out there) What we had for dinner this weekend while we were away.

I have to say that its a first that we've been this healthy while being away - Im so proud :P

Friday... damped Salmon in White wine with potatoes and veggies.

This was a dish were I kinda experimented with it all cause half of the stuff I thought was in the house was not there lol, so I thought hey what would happen if I threw a bit of this and that in - and it turned out fantabulous 

Saturday was pesto pasta with salad and grilled mushrooms... so freaking yummy...

I hope you guys had a great awesomely weekend =D Im already looking forward to the next lol

Anyways I was browsing through some links on my facebook (yes facebook can be useful if you are a bit of a geek), and came across a National Geographic link with a pic from Iceland (the first picture), and I was just like WOW I have to go there... I bet you can take some pretty amazing pictures there

Christmas haul

To be honest I didn't have any plans on doing this, but now I have seen several posts about what people got for christmas and thought I wanted to share what I got too lol :)

Oh and I am sorry for the picture quality - such crappy light I have grrr

Anyways I got an OBH Nordica non stick casarole 5 L, from my mom and stepdad... I had my eye on this for a long time, it was just a bit too pricy for me, so yay I got it now

Then I got a Jamie Oliver Sauté pan from my bf's grandma... Who doesn't love jamie Oliver. I so had a crush on him a long time ago lol

Giftcard to pieces from my in laws, it can also be used at their online store Pieces.com

Earrings from my cousin that she made herself 

A spinning jewelry ring from my sister in law

Then I got a bit of money from some other family members, and last but not least a weekend getaway - my own choice from my lovely boyfriend
