Healthy fall fruits and vegetables

As you guys know fall is here and it is so easy to snack on unhealthy things because bikini season is over and the weather (at least in denmark) is freaking bad and cold.
So I just wanted to let you know what is healthy this fall season.

1. Sweet Potato baked in skin = Ca 60 kcal
 (you can even make yummy sweet potato fries ;) )

2. Apples = Ca 52 kcal (pr 100 gr)

3. Broccoli = 34 kcal (pr 100 gr)

4. Pumpkin - incl seeds = 26 kcal (pr 100 gr)
  (Halloween is coming up so enjoy everything healthy with pumpkin) 

5. Avocado = 170 kcal (pr 100 gr)
    (I know it seems like a lot of kcal but it really isn't and avocado is so good for you.)

    it makes me feel good cause everything in this post is something i enjoy eating.
    i always think i need to eat healthier cause i tend to eat too much carbs..
