Front cover: Miranda Kerr

Hi lovelies
I was browsing through some fashion blogs and I saw that Miranda Kerr is on the Korean Elle, and she look so amazing that I had to show you guys.
The cover is very appealing and simple, but yet you get the feel of summer. If I could read korean I would totally buy this.

I love the white boots in the second last picture, I wouldn't mind wearing those.

Summer fashion for plus size women 2013

You don't have to be skinny just to feel beautiful. I used to be a big plus size girl, and I honestly didn't know how to dress. I thought having curves meant that you should be hiding them, not be proud of them.
Well I say to hell with it, and flaunt what you got ;)
So here is something I think is nice.











I honestly had a really hard time finding some good pictures. It's a shame that the fashion for curvy women are way behind the size 0 fashion.

5 tips to lose weight


Hey guys, I just wanted to do a little monday motivation blog post for you guys about losing weight. Keep in mind that I am not a professionnel, and these tips are my own tips for you guys.

1. Be realistic


What do you see when you look in the mirror? 
Usually we tend to see ourselves as ugly flappy creatures when trying to lose weight, when in reality right infront of you stands a beautiful soul. SKINNY IS NOT THE WAY TO GO, HEALTHY IS! If you didn't know it, being skinny as a stick can be just as dangerous as being obese. Keep in mind that you are beautiful no matter what size you are.

2. Dieting is a no go

If you decide to be healthy and lose a bit of weight, then yay that is good for you. 
When you start this health kick then don't buy into all these so call diets. Being healthy is a lifestyle that your body needs you to remain throughout your life... your body will thank you for it.
People often thinks that in order to lose weight you only have to exercise... WRONG. Food has a lot of saying in whether or not you lose the weight.

3. Exercise

Get up and get moving. Go for a run outside and enjoy your surroundings, if you can't run, then go for a power walk. Studies show that power walks does wonders for your body. Join a gym with a buddie, or do it alone if you prefer that (personally I like going alone - I enjoy my "me-time"). 
If you can't afford a gym membership, look videos up on youtube. A home gym is just as good for your body as a pro gym. you can even do cardio at home... I use dancing games and training games on the xbox for my little cardio fix on those days when I don't want to go outside. You all know does days when it is raining and home is just the place to be.

4. Change it up

If you have found the perfect fitness/cardio/running routine and you master it like a superstar, it might be time to switch it up with a new little exercise routine. If you do the same exercise over and over again, day after day, your body becomes used to that training session and not much will happen. Mix it up or add in some new moves to your routine. I usually switch up my youtube playlist workout every week.

5. Have fun

Lets face it, you are not gonna stick to exercising and eating healthy if it's becoming a chore. Find something that makes YOU happy, no matter if it makes you look silly or just totally weird. If people look at you funny it's their problem, not yours. They are probably just jealous that you are comfortable enough to have fun no matter what. I never thought I could do dance workouts infront of my bf, but I am having so much fun that I don't care... I just laugh it off. And now he is the one cheering me on.
Make food fun. Make dinner with a friend or your bf/gf... Not only is it fun, it can also be romantic and very healthy.
Healthy food doesn't have to taste bad, you can actually find some pretty good recipes online.

Britney spears - Blonde vs brunette

I was so excited to see the Oscars, the dresses and all the big fails, but one thing that caught my eye was Britney Spears' new hair color.
She first debuted her new locks at Elton Johns viewing party, and wow I was amazed. She looks AMAZING.
I love the brown color on her, and to me she looks young again.
So here is the question. Blonde or brunette? what do you guys prefer?

Beyoncé Super Bowl Performance

I am not the biggest Beyoné fan, but OMG that performance was FIERCE!!!! If this is the show she offers when she going on her world tour, then I have to go. Oh and BOOM out of nothing, the rest of the Destiny's child girls were on stage singing. I have no words this is just amazing, you guys have to see for yourself

Welcome 2013


Hi guys, 
I hope you had a great new years, and have had an awesome start to 2013.
I gave myself a little break from the blogging world (two days), cause I had been writing every day in December and figured you guys needed a break as well ;)

My new years eve was lovely, I was with my boyfriend, eating lots of food, drinking and dancing.
Next day (jan 1), I was feeling really sorry for myself. I had a headache from hell, and all that stuff about being healthy just doesn't cut it when you have a hangover - sorry


Jan 2, I started school. Super early I know. I started off by learning a new language... German to be exact. It is a bit hard, so if you guys have any tips on learning german please let me know.


As of right now, I am trying to put a workout playlist together... new year = New music.
I am one of those persons who gets bored very fast, so I always need something new to keep me entertained.

Wishlist wednesday #15


It is wednesday again and time for another wishlist... Oh how I love these


1. 2013
I am so looking forward to 2013, because there is a big chance that my bf and I are gonna move to a place near Aarhus (here In Denmark). We've talked about Silkeborg and it is just such a beautiful place were I can see myself running and working out and taking a bunch of pictures because there is so much nature there it is ridiculous

2. Fall clothes
I am in love with fall... I love all the colors outside and I love all the cosy clothes you can wear :P I need to go shopping asap lol






3: New books.
I like escaping to another world when I read and I honestly find peace and quiet there, therfore I am in need of new books... I dont really have that many left to read
