Finally got my christmas tree =D

So for those of you who reads my blog, you would know that I got to pick out our christmas tree last weekend - such an amazing day we had, BUT my boyfriend and I first received our tree yesterday.

So here it is fully decorated... keep in mind that this is my first year buying christmas stuff for the tree so I don't own a lot.

Just thought I would share a few picture with you guys from last weekend when I went back home to my mom.

Christmas decorations DIY

This is gonna be a DIY project for beginners and clumsy people like me - pinecone edition.

I tend to find that some of the christmas decorations you can buy at the store you can easily make at home, and if you have kids (or just am a big kid) this is perfect.

Some pinecones I found in the woods

Some glitter- this was something I had laying around, you can use whatever glitter you like and it doesn't have to be white as snow.

Decoupage glue... again something I have laying around lol. Decoupage glue is nice, cause when it dries you can't see it.

A pensel. I just used the first one I found

Pour the glitter up into the lid so you have better control.

put some glue on one side of the pinecone and then dip it in the glitter, and do this again and again till the pinecone is covered like you want it.

Finished result - I kept some of them au neutral, cause I like it that way :)

I use these for christmas decorations, but you can easily put a string (not a ring lol) on it, and hang it on the christmas tree. Hope this was helpful :)

Christmas lovin' haul

Before I start this blog I would like to apologize to those who hate christmas (don't even know how that is possible lol) for seeing these pictures pop up. Stop reading this cause I won't want to waste your time =D

I love christmas and everything about it, honestly Im a christmas monster - no joke I listen to christmas songs all year round.

Last christmas (ha like the song) was a crappy christmas, my bf lost his grandpa - a very charming man, so I've decided that this year is gonna kick major balls.

My bf and I was grocery shopping when we saw that they had a small christmas sale at the store so I couldn't help myself and I bought some stuff

Oh and I got this danish christmas magazine last weekend from my bf - He knows I love christmas
